Starting June 1, we're rolling out updated membership plans designed to better reflect how business owners actually work with us. Clearer tiers, refined services, and pricing that match the value of ongoing legal support.
Here's what's changing.
The Basic Plan: $400/month
The Basic plan is built for business owners who want steady, reliable legal support for predictable needs. It includes:
Unlimited scheduled calls with your attorney
One legal project per month (generally up to 10 pages), such as contract drafting or review, an operating agreement, an HR policy, or a customer-facing document like a privacy policy or terms of service
Additional document services at $50/page
Basic is a good fit for established businesses with steady but modest legal activity.
The Plus Plan: $900/month
Plus is for business owners who want a true legal partner in their corner as they grow. It includes:
Unlimited scheduled calls with your attorney
Two legal projects per month (each generally up to 10 pages)
Legal project credits that can be applied toward larger flat-fee services
A monthly strategy meeting, with LLC formation support included
Additional document services at $50/page
Plus is the right tier for business owners actively growing, restructuring, or navigating recurring legal questions throughout the year.
Why we're updating the plans
We took a fresh look at how members actually use the firm, and the updated structure does a few things:
Makes each tier easier to understand. Project examples are now built into the plan descriptions, so you know what kind of work fits within a monthly credit.
Matches services to needs more precisely. Plus, members get the strategy meeting and credit flexibility because that's how active business owners get the most out of ongoing legal support.
Keeps the firm sustainable. The updated rates allow us to continue offering responsive, personalized service to every member.
For current members
If you're already a Fair Winds Law member, your current plan and pricing remain in place. You'll continue to receive everything you signed up for, at the rate you originally locked in. No action is needed on your part.
