Louyse Siegel is an estate planning attorney licensed in Texas and the founder of Fair Winds Estate Planning. As a mother, military spouse, and breast cancer survivor, her journey has been anything but ordinary—giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges her clients face. She draws on her personal experiences to guide military families, LGBTQ+ clients, and those facing life-changing diagnoses through complex legal issues with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Louyse graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law while raising her children alongside her husband, a retired U.S. Marine Corps service member. Having lived the reality of frequent moves, deployments, and legal red tape, she brings first-hand knowledge to helping military families and veterans build estate plans that adapt to their ever-changing lives.
Her own battle with breast cancer reshaped her perspective on planning for the future. She knows the peace of mind that comes from having a plan in place and is passionate about helping others protect what matters most—no matter what life brings.
When she isn’t serving clients, Louyse and her family can be found sailing, skiing, or snowboarding—embracing every adventure on water or in the mountains. Through Fair Winds Estate Planning, Louyse helps clients navigate life’s uncertainties with confidence and chart a clear course for the future, anchoring values, securing legacies, and ensuring smooth sailing for generations to come.
Stephanie Foster
Stephanie Foster is a skilled and compassionate estate planning attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their legacies and secure their financial futures. Licensed to practice in Texas, Stephanie brings a unique perspective as both an attorney and a law librarian, combining deep legal knowledge with a passion for helping clients navigate their legal issues.
She is an active member of the Texas State Bar, the American Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the American Association of Law Librarians. Beyond her legal work, Stephanie is deeply involved in her community and values building lasting relationships with the people she serves.
Stephanie lives in San Antonio with her husband, daughter, and dog. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Texas with her family, cooking, and taking in live music and community events.
